Baked Brie with Summer Fruits

Baked Brie with Summer Fruits

When it comes to wine snacks, I’m always searching for that sweet spot between elegant, simple, and seriously delicious. And friends… these Baked Brie-Stuffed Fruits check every single box. They’re colorful, naturally sweet, full of flavor, and most importantly, they’re the kind of snack you’ll keep coming back to with every glass of wine.

This recipe is all about contrast: juicy summer fruits like apricots and figs, rich creamy brie, golden honey, and just a hint of thyme and cinnamon to make everything pop. It’s quick to assemble, gorgeous to serve, and honestly — one of the easiest ways to impress a table. Perfect for a warm evening or a cozy night in with a bottle of wine.

Ingredients:

  • Apricots — 4, halved and pitted
  • Figs — 4 (cross-cut on top)
  • Brie cheese — 100 g, cut into small pieces
  • Honey — 2 tbsp
  • Fresh thyme — 1 tsp (or a pinch of dried)
  • Ground cinnamon — ½ tsp

Instructions:

  1. Prep the fruits. Slice apricots in half and remove pits. Halve figs, making a shallow cross-cut on top so they open slightly.
  2. Add the cheese. Place a small piece of brie in the center of each fruit half.
  3. Season and drizzle. Sprinkle lightly with thyme and cinnamon, then drizzle with honey.
  4. Bake. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes, until the brie is soft and just beginning to melt.
  5. Serve. Transfer to a plate and enjoy warm with a glass of wine.

A beautiful, bite-sized snack that’s sweet, savory, and perfect for sharing.
